The Club Management Portal, operated by Brindleford Technologies Ltd t/a Club Management Portal (Company No: 16871436), is fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as Data Controller for account, billing and support data relating to clubs and their officers, and as Data Processor for member data entered by clubs, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
